  • Enclosure Protection (IP55 / IP65 Rating): Precision-fabricated 2.0mm CRCA steel enclosures with polyurethane gasket seals, providing dustproof and weatherproof protection.
  • Thermal Heat Dissipation & Ventilation Analysis: Calculating internal panel heat rise generated by VFDs, transformers, and contactors to specify forced cooling fans or panel air conditioners.

Custom Busbar Fabrication & Temperature Rise Management

Panel busbars are cut, punched, and bent using CNC machines, then fitted with heat-shrinkable sleeve insulation. We conduct temperature rise calculations and fit forced ventilation fans with washable air filters to maintain internal temperatures below 45°C during continuous heavy operation.

Internal Panel Compartmentalization & Busbar Thermal Management

Our PCC and MCC control panels feature Form 3b and Form 4 compartmentalization, isolating breaker chambers, busbar chambers, and cable termination alleys to prevent accidental arc flash propagation. Busbar joints are torque-tightened and coated with anti-oxidation compound, while forced air ventilation maintains internal panel temperatures below 45°C under continuous 100% full load operation.

What sheet metal thickness and IP ratings do you use for control panels?
We use 2.0mm CRCA sheet steel for load-bearing frames and 1.6mm for covers, with powder coating in RAL 7035 shade. Enclosures achieve IP54 / IP55 ingress protection for indoor use, and IP65 for outdoor weatherproof installations.
What is an Intelligent MCC (iMCC) panel?
An iMCC uses smart motor protection relays or variable frequency drives connected over industrial fieldbus (Modbus, Profibus, PROFINET) to a central SCADA system, allowing real-time current logging, predictive thermal diagnostics, and remote reset.
Are your busbars rated for short circuit withstand capacity?
Yes. All busbars (high-conductivity E91E grade aluminum or electrolytic copper) are engineered and braced to withstand CPRI type-tested short-circuit levels (e.g. 50kA for 1 sec).
Do you conduct routine factory acceptance testing (FAT) before dispatch?
Yes. Every panel undergoes 100% FAT inspection: high-voltage insulation withstand test (2.5kV), primary/secondary injection logic testing, wire continuity checks, and mechanical interlock testing.
